Looking for someone to take over my room in West LA (you'll be able to re-sign a new lease, they can do as low as 6 months for the same rental price). I have to move unexpectedly, otherwise I'd stay! The unit is really well renovated, and has all the amenities you'd want, brand new.

Rent includes utilities, 2 house cleanings a month, internet, and all utilities. Street parking only, but it's plentiful in the area. Another girl, who has a parking space, is moving out soon, so you may be able to buy her space.

The space is a 4 bedroom unit in a building. 3 other girls currently live there. They're not selective about gender. You would be sharing a bathroom with one of the girls.

Currently all pictures are of the common area, I haven't had a chance to take a picture of the room, but it's a standard sized room that includes a closet and easily enough room for a bed and desk.
