Hello! My boyfriend and I just bought a house and we’re looking for someone to take over our two bedroom lease. Our apartment is 1,221 sq ft has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It’s a corner unit with lots of natural light and great views of downtown and the capital. Apartment is located in East Austin and is very close to restaurants, bars, coffee shops, HEB, etc. The apartment is also very pet friendly.
The lease runs through 7/11/2020 and we’re looking for someone to take over around the end of January. We’ve discussed this with our leasing office and they are completely on board! The lease would be transferred to your name and you will have the option to review when it expires.
