I am sadly leaving DC and looking for someone to take over my lease! One unfurnished room (though would be happy to sell you a full set at a super discounted price) in a 2BR/1BA apartment in the heart of Dupont Circle. Rent is $1,450 /month, AND INCLUDES UTILITIES! (Except internet.) The room is available February 25, and the lease runs until August 31, with the option to renew.

The bedroom is carpeted and has great light, with plenty of room for a queen size bed. The apartment has stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors, and a furnished living room. The apartment has a couch, dining set, and TV. There is a laundry room in the basement of the building.

The apartment is on the fourth floor of the historic Analston Building, right at the corner of Corcoran Street NW and 17th Street NW. The building is in the heart of the 17th Corridor with its amazing restaurants and bars, including Duke’s Grocery, Sushi Taro, Fox and Hound, Hank’s Oyster Bar, Cobalt, and Floriana. 14th Street, with its restaurants and night life, is only three blocks away. There is a Safeway right across the street, and Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods are close by.

The Dupont Metro stop (red line) is a five-minute walk from the building, as are numerous bus lines. Walk Score: 98, Transit Score: 88, Bike Score: 94.

About the roommate:
You’ll live with one roommate and his adorable and extremely low maintenance dog, Elmo. The roommate is in grad school and is very kind, respectful, and clean.
