Hi y’all, I have an awesome room for rent in a large 5 bedroom house in the Cherrywood neighborhood. This is a great place to live and honestly only leaving to move in with my SO. About the room:
The room has a ceiling fan and closet with drawers available for you. It has a lot of natural light from the windows and overlooks the driveway, but is covered by numerous trees that provide ample privacy. It can comfortably fit a queen-sized bed, a desk, and a bookcase. Though the photos show the room furnished, it will be unfurnished when you arrive.

About the house and roommates:
The house is shared among 4 other young working professionals ranging from 25 to 31 years old (2 females and 2 males). Even though five people live here, everyone has different schedules and rarely feels like a full house. All the roommates are really friendly and love to chat and hang out (even with the current shelter-in-place)! We have a beautiful front yard fully shaded with trees and a porch area equipped with a charming bench with many plants for those warm days. We also have an equally spacious and shaded backyard to match for barbeques! There is also plenty of parking in the driveway or on the street. Inside, the house has hardwood and linoleum floors throughout. There is a large living room where the house regularly watches movies together. The kitchen has an open floor plan with 2 fridges and lots of cabinet space for plenty of food storage. You would share a bathroom with one other person located right across the hall from the room. There is also an in-unit washer and dryer near the back of the house.

Other Perks
Plenty of street parking available on Walnut Ave and surrounding residential areas. Walking distance to Manor Rd. businesses (Bird Bird Biscuit, Patrizis, Thunderbird Coffee, etc.). Only a short bike ride away from UT and the Mueller Development for those Sunday farmers market runs.

The logistics
Rent is $682/month and Deposit is $660
This would be a sub-lease for May to August but you will have the option of staying longer!
Utilities are split equally and average about $50-60 per month.
