Hi everyone! I am relocating for work and am looking to transfer my lease on this master bedroom with an en suite private bathroom. This is in a 3BR/2BA unit in a residential building in Mt. Vernon Triangle, near Chinatown.

The room comes furnished with a queen bed and has a large walk in closet and a full bath. The lease begins August 1 for 12 months, with an option to renew. Utilities/wifi (usually comes out to $60-90 per person) and any application fees not included.

The roommates: Two males in their 20’s working in consulting. Both are laid back, friendly, and super easy to get along with. They travel extensively so you will have the unit to yourself for a significant amount of time.

The unit comes with a spacious living room, in unit washer and dryer, and kitchen with modern appliances. Living room and kitchen are fully furnished. The building has a ton of great amenities:

The apartment is a 10 minute walk from the Gallery Place/Chinatown station (Red/Green/Yellow line) and a 7 minute walk from the Mt. Vernon Square station (Green/Yellow line).

Ideal roommate is respectful of shared space and doesn’t bring the party home.
