Looking for a fourth and final roommate to join three awesome professionals in this new Columbia Heights row house! The house was built roughly three years ago and is conveniently located, about equidistant, between the Columbia Heights and U-Street metro stations.

Details:
The room is available for move-in on or around March 1, 2019. The rent is $1,250 per month--utilities are included. Seeking someone to ideally sign a one-year lease. You would be replacing me when I move out at the end of February.

The room:
The bedroom is located on the third floor and is large with a ton of natural light, a great closet with plenty of storage and a hallway closet. The accompanying bathroom is shared by the roommate across the hall. There is a large den-like area outside of the room, too--good for a small living area.

The house:
On the first floor, there's a large kitchen and living room space, a half bathroom and storage closets. The second floor has two other rooms that are occupied, as well as a stacked washer/dryer. The landlords conveniently live only a few blocks away, so any issues that may arise are handle very quickly. There's also a nice garden out back that is tended to by one of the landlords during the spring and summer months.

The area:
The house is close to a small corner store that has necessities such as toilet paper, dish soap, eggs, and other grocery items. The house is about a 10 minute walk from Target, Bed Bath and Beyond, etc. and about a 10 minute walk from U Street restaurants and bars.

The roommates:
The roommates are three late-twenties/early thirties professionals. They are looking for a housemate who is clean, cordial and wants to create a comfortable environment in the house.
